This study deals with an important issue related to family, namely marriage custody, which includes introduction, preamble, two topics and a conclusion.

In the preface, the definition of marriage marriage has been defined as a language, a term, and a proof of its legitimacy from the Qur'aan and Sunnah.

The first section deals with an explanation of the reasons for marriage and its division into two parts.

: The psychological reasons for men, women, and the second section: The social and economic reasons and the second topic: it dealt with the controls of guardianship in men in terms of the legitimate right of the husband in determining the actions of the wife and arbitrariness in its use, and in the conclusion, I mentioned the findings.
