This research one of the important researches in the field of jurisprudence, where we highlight a valuable manuscript addresses many of the jurisprudential issues that concern the subject of zakaah, Especially in the present time, we need urgent attention to such matters and the research for Zakaah should be about the legitimacy and wisdom and types of funds that must give as Zakaah and the amounts that come out of it and the parties that are given to it and the rule of abstention from it and God Almighty imposed Zakaah, The Holy Quran referred to a kind of wisdom that gathered in its hypothesis, He said to his Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “Take charity from their wealth, in order that they are thereby cleansed and purified, and pray for them; “ Al-Tawba (103) , And the giving of zakaah is a benefit for who pay and who take, and in it is the double wisdom of cleansing and affirmation, and the clear Sunnah of the Prophet revealed the difference between dealing with money with Allaah and dealing with money with people.
