The aim of this study is to test the impact of innovation on organizational performance.

The researchers selected three dimensions for innovation These dimensions are product innovation, marketing innovation, and organizational innovation.

The questionnaire thas been used as a tool to collect database for the study's variables, it was distributed on a convenience sample consisting of 90 employees in hotels.
