Abstract EN

Thanks God, Peace be upon our prophet and his companions and followers.

This study is a consummation and studying of a brief letter named (The emancipation containing answer to Ibn Hajar notes on Albaydhawi) issued by one of the greatest kurdish scholars named sheikh (Ibraheem bin Hasan Alkurani) who wrote it to answer a note from sheikh (Ibn Jajar Alhaitami) who criticized sheikh (Alqadhi Albaydhawi), may Allah forgive them both, in his explanation to alhiraba verse in the Holy Quran, he supported what (Alqadhi Albaydhawi) stated in his explanation and he strengthened his sayings by judiciary proves and sayings of scholars before him.

Because of my eager to serve the legacy of our previous great scholars I did consummate this letter and commented on it and serve the text with what is necessary in scientific consummation, preceded by studying the author's life in many aspects.

Allah is behind our intention.
