An adequate analysis of the concept of the moral factor in Islamic economy can clarify a realistic truth connected to caring about the human being.

This truth stems from the legislative resource and its divine provisions that cannot be considered as temporary provisions dealing with increase, decrease or quantity.

Rather, it deals with the principle of realizing the human dignity away from guessing, estimation, or allocation in order to apply the concept of justice in all its kinds and varieties.
