lord, to you is praise and thanks as befits the glory of your face and the greatness of your might for your uncountable blessings, and i bear witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, peace and blessing on him, whom there is no prophet after him, and on his companions and followers.word indication is restricted by the contextual meaning; if the word changed in its contextual meaning, then the whole meaning will be changed.

and this is a basic rule in semantics and al tafseer (explanation) rules.

context is important for scholars of tafseer and for who contemplate and meditate the holy Quran, important in deriving, understanding and referring the issue back to its specialist.

as it was written in Quran (and when there comes to them information about [public] security or fear, they spread it around.

but if they had referred it back to the messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it would have known about it.
