The objective of the research is to find out the Extent to Which the Principles of Total Quality Management in the General Cooperation for Insurance in Capital City Sana'a.

It has been implemented from the point of view of the research sample.

And to know the level of support and support provided by senior administrative leaders in the General Cooperation for Insurance in the application of TQM.

The research relied on descriptive, and analytical methods in the development of hypotheses and methodology, as well as the historical method of accounting and tracking previous studies to reach the most important conclusions and recommendations.

The results showed that there is a lack of understanding, awareness and support of TQM by the senior management leaders of the General Cooperation for Insurance from the point of view of the research members and this is one of the obstacles to the application of TQM in the General Insurance Corporation.

The results showed that there is a positive role for the administrative leaders in the General Cooperation for Insurance To the application of TQM but below the required level.

The results of the research also showed a lack of commitment of the administrative leadership to the culture of quality.

The results of the research showed weakness and application of administrative leadership for training and rehabilitation, Focus on customers.

In addition to the lack of support to senior administrative leaders to apply continuous improvement of operations and the participation of employees in the administrative process in the General Cooperation of Insurance to implement TQM.

The results also showed that there is a lack of effective system implementation in the decision-making processes by the administrative leaders with regard to TQM in the General Cooperation for Insurance.
