Minorities deputies (i.e.
Christians, Jews)played important roles in Parliament through monarchy era through tertiary or attempt to treat problems or crises facing Jargon economical aspect through their discussions and suggestions at the parliament .
This research through the Parliament diaries tackles the role of minorities deputies in discussing social cultural and Management issues .
The research is divided in to three aspects .
The first speaks about social issues.
The second for cultural ones while the third tackles Management issues
