Abstract EN

This research article is concerned with the unpublished manuscript entitled “Guidance of the Confused (Ershad Al-Hayara) in the prohibition of the Christian dress” Authored by the well-known Moroccan scholar Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Netifi -may Allah’s mercy be upon him- (died 1385H).

In this book, the author addresses the issue of adopting the full dress worn by and associated with disbelievers.

He establishes the Islamic ruling on the subject taking into consideration converse judgments made by other scholars and clarifies the evidences that support his judgment and refutes the contrary.

The research includes: an introduction, three chapters with multiple sections, a bibliography, and an index of contents.
