Arabic Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة في كتاب همع الهوامع للسيوطي دراسة تحليلية، و قد قمت بتقسيم دراستي إلى فصلين يسبقهما مقدمة،و تمهيد، و يقفوهما خاتمة متضمنة أهم النتائج و التوصيات، فكان كالآتي : المقدمة : و فيها بيان لموضوع الرسالة و أهميته، و دوافعه، و المنهج الذي اتبعته التمهيد : تحدثت فيه عن حياة السيوطي، تناولت فيه اسمه و نسبه، و مولده و نشأته، و صفاته وأ خلاقه، و مؤلفاته، و شيوخه، و تلاميذه، و أقوال العلماء فيه، و شعره، و وفاته، و منهجه، و شواهده، و مصادره، و الأصول النحوية في شرحه، و مذهبه النحوي.

تحدثت في الفصل الأول عن موقف النحاة من الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف، و قسمته إلى خمسة مباحث ؛ المبحث الأول : موقف النحاة القدماء من الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف دراسة تحليلية في كتبهم المبحث الثاني : موقف النحاة الذين منعوا الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف و عللهم ؛ دراسة تحليلية في كتبهم المبحث الثالث موقف النحاة المتوسطين من الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف وعللهم ؛ دراسة تحليلية في كتبهم.

المبحث الرابع : موقف النحاة المجوزين الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف وعللهم ؛ دراسة تحليلية في كتبهم.

المبحث الخامس : موقف السيوطي من الاستشهاد بالحديث في النحو و اللغة.

أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناولت فيه الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف عند السيوطي دراسة تحليلية مرتبة حسب أبواب الكتاب.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها : يعد السيوطي من الفئة المتوسطة للاستشهاد بالحديث، فقد جوز الاستشهاد بالأحاديث النبوية التي اعتنى بنقل الفاظها، و لم يرض عمن منع الاستشهاد بالحديث، كما نقد من جواز الاستشهاد به دون تمييز بين ما روي منه بالمعنى أو باللفظ، فقد أكثر السيوطي من الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي الشريف في كتابه همع الهوامع، فقد بلغت شواهد الحديث عنده مئة و ستة و خمسين حديثا و كرر منها أربعة عشر حديثاً.

كما أوردت عددا من التوصيات، من أهمها : يوصي الباحث الدارسين بالاهتمام بكتب السيوطي النحوية، و دراستها دراسة متأنية للخروج بقول فصل عن مدرسة السيوطي النحوية.

و ختمت الدراسة بذكر ثبت المصادر و المراجع التي استعنت بها في دراستي.

English Abstract

This study examines with the prophetic Hadiths in the book of Ham’a Al-Hwam’a for Al-Suyuti, an analytical study.

The study is divided into an introduction, an introductory chapter, two chapters and a conclusion, as follows : The introduction explains the importance of the subject, its motives, and the approach it uses to achieve the objectives.

The introductory chapter presents the life of Al-Suyuti, his name, his descent, his birth, his origins, his attributes, his morals, his teachers, his students, the scholars' opinions relevant to him, his poetry, his death, his grammatical approach, the grammatical principles in his book and his sources.

Chapter one explains the attitudes of grammarians from citing the Prophet's Hadith in grammar issues.

The chapter is divided into five sections; the first illustrates the position of the old grammarians from citing of the Prophet’s hadiths, and it is an analytical study of their books.

The second section : the attitude of grammarians who deny citing the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues and their reasoning; an analytical study of their books.

The third section : the attitude of the middle-period grammarians relevant to citing the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues and their reasoning ; an analytical study of their books.

The fourth section: the attitude of grammarians who accept citing the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues and their reasoning ; an analytical study of their books.

The fifth section : Al-Suyuti's attitude on citing the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues and language.

Chapter two explains Al-Suyuti’s citation of the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues, an analytical study arranged according to the chapters of his book.

The most important findings of the study are : Al-Suyuti is intermediate in using the Prophet’s hadiths in grammar issues.

According to him, it is permissible to quote the Prophet's Hadiths which was extra-accurately stated as pronounced by the prophet, and he was not satisfied with those who forbade the quoting of hadiths.

He also criticized the permissibility of quoting hadiths without distinguishing between what is narrated literally and those narrated by meaning.

Al- Suyuti quoted many Prophetic hadiths in his book Ham’a Al-Hwam’a.

The number of hadiths he quoted reached was one hundred and fifty-six Hadiths, of which fourteen were repeated.

The most important recommendations of the study : The researcher recommends that students pay attention to Al-Suyuti grammar books, and study them carefully to come up with a final opinion relevant to Al-Suyuti’s school of grammar.

The study concluded by listing the sources and references used in the study.
