The administration in Islam has been studied by the West and still occupies a position among the most prominent studies and researches related to administrative law and public administration.

This research sheds light on the stage in which the organization of the administration in the era of prophecy emerged, through the administrative systems and systems applied by the Prophet Such as the system of centralization and administrative decentralization, which was not defined by administrative law until the middle of the nineteenth century to reach an old and wise leadership.
