English Abstract

Educational services are one of the most important pillars in discovering of the intellectual and intellectual energies of students, because it is a necessary service in the city, and it creates a conscious and educated generation of the people of the city.

Khanaqin is one district Diala governorate and has given importance to education, where the first elementary school was established in 1887.

The researcher will shed light on this important service in this city by studying the reality of 2018 - 2019, in addition to the geographical distribution of these institutions, and whether this distribution contributes to access the institutions' services to the residents of the city smoothly and well, and evaluate the efficiency of this service based on local standards Established by the Ministry of Planning in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, which are related to this service.

The Indicators for measuring the functional efficiency of educational services are vary from one educational stage to the next ( for example Primary stage differs from the preparatory stage) so it varies in the educational stage from one country to another .Finally, the research reached a number of conclusions and recommendations.
