Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على مواد الرأي المتعلقة بقضية الأسرى في الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، و رصد مدى الاهتمام بها، و الكشف عن كيفية معالجتها لقضية الأسرى، و تسليط الضوء على مدى الاتفاق و التباين بينها.

و تعد هذه الدّراسة من البحوث الوصفية، حيث استخدم الباحث منهج الدراسات المسحية بأسلوب تحليل المضمون، و منهج دراسة العلاقات المتبادلة بأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، كما استخدم الباحث نظرية ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة"، و استمارة تحليل المضمون كأداة للدراسة بجانب المقابلة المقننة.

و قد أجرى الباحث دراسته على كل من الصحف التالية : (فلسطين، الحياة الجديدة، الأيام، القدس) و اختار الأعداد عن طريق عينة عشوائية منتظمة، بأسلوب الأسبوع الصناعي، حيث بلغت (۱۹۲) عدد ا، بواقع (48) لكل صحيفة، و ذلك خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين ۰۱/۰۱/۲۰۱۷ و حتی ۳۱/۱۲/۲۰۱۸.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، و كان من أبرزها : تباين اهتمام مواد الرأي في صحف الدّراسة بقضية الأسرى الصحفية، فحظيت صحيفة القدس بالمرتبة الأولى بنسبة (٥٠%)، ثم صحيفة فلسطين بنسبة (٢٥%)، ثم صحيفة الحياة الجديدة بنسبة (١٣.٨%)، و أخير ا صحيفة الأيام بنسبة (۱۱۰۲%)، كما حظيت قضية إضراب الأسرى على المرتبة الأولى في اهتمام صحف الدراسة، تلاها قضية قمع الأسرى والتفتيشات، و جاء كاتب المقال في المرتبة الأولى، و جاء رسام الكاريكاتير المصدر الثاني، بينما لم تحصل المصادر الصحفية الأخرى (الوكالات المحلية، الوكالات الدولية، بريد القراء ، و سائل الإعلام) على أي مرتبة.

و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها : ضرورة اهتمام الصحف الفلسطينية بقضية الأسرى و خاصة من خلال مواد الرأي، و استكتاب المحللين و النخب الفكرية وقادة المجتمع الفلسطيني للكتابة عن مواضيع و قضايا الأسرى و إفراد مساحات مناسبة لهذه القضية، و الاستعانة بأصحاب التجربة من الأسرى المحررين والعمل على تنمية قدراتهم لنشر موضوعات تخص قضية الأسرى عبر الصحف، و محاولة التواصل مع الأسرى داخل السجون للمساهمة في ذلك.

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the opinion news materials relevant to the issue of prisoners in the Palestinian daily newspapers, and monitoring the extent of their interest in such issues.

The study also aims at revealing the Palestinian newspaper’s treatment of the issue of prisoners as well as highlighting the extent of agreement and disagreement among these newspapers in treating the question of prisoners.

This study is a descriptive study through which the researcher used the survey the methodology and the method of content analysis.

The study approach is the mutual relations approach in which he used the method of systematic comparison, and content analysis form as tools of the study alongside with the structural interview.

The researcher used priorities of the Agenda Setting.

The newspapers of the study are (Felisteen, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Al-Ayyam, and Al-Quds) and selected the issues by means of a random sample, in the style of the industrial week.

The number of issues reached (192), 48 from each newspaper, between the period of 01/01/2017 until 31/12/2018.

The most important findings of the study : There is a difference in the interest of opinion news materials in the newspapers of the study on the issue of prisoners.

Al-Quds newspaper was ranked first with 50%, followed by Felisteen newspaper (25%), followed by Al-Hayat Al- Jadida newspaper with (13.8%), and finally Al-Ayyam newspaper with (11.2%).

The issue of the prisoners' strike took first place in the interest of the study papers, followed by the issue of repression of prisoners and inspections.

The essayist came first as a source, and the second is the cartoonist.

International agencies, readers’ mail, and media had no proportion.

The most important recommendations of the study : It is necessary for the Palestinian newspapers to pay more attention to the issue of prisoners, especially through opinion news materials, and encouraging analysts, intellectual elites and leaders of the Palestinian community to write about the issues of the prisoners.

It is also necessary to give more space on the Palestinian newspapers for the issues of prisoners, and try to communicate with the prisoners inside the prisons to contribute to their issues.
