Abstract EN

This research is a study of an important issue It deals with the issue of sources of obtainment at the Muslim community (Urnrnah) and the importance of the accurate understanding of them to avoid falling into intellectual deviation.

It was entitled: Sources of Obtainment: Their Accurate Understanding and its Effect in rhc Prevention of Intellectual deviation.

It is an effort to identify the consequences that result from misunderstanding the sources of obtainment, with displaying the most important manifestations and major belief and intellectual problems resulting from misunderstanding.

This study is aims to rccogni/c the most important sources of Islamic obtainment, learn most important matters and rules that should be taken into account when dealing with these sources, rccogni/c the importance of safety of understanding the sharia(lslamic) text and its role in prevention from intellectual deviation, learning consequences and phenomenon of misunderstanding the sourccs of obtainment.

The study concluded with a number of findings.

The most important arc: the first source of obtainment of Muslims is the holy Quran, followed by prophctic Sunnah (traditions of the prophet Mohammed PBUII) in importance and rank, as well as importance of assimilating and awareness of matters to what should be taken into account in understanding the sources of obtainment and while dealing with them, the importance of safety of understanding the Islamic text of prevention in intellectual deviation, the phenomenon of takfir (declare someone a disbeliever) in the Muslim communities, as well as the emergence of Kharijites thought, the occurrcncc of strife, the cmcrgcncc of (Quranians), and the challenging of the sccond source of legislation in Islam, which contradict Peremptory rules of Sharia and its fixed principles, arc manifestations of intellectual deviation resulted from misunderstanding these sourccs.
