Abstract EN

The poetic language is all poetry composition tool, thus it is the container or frame which incorporates the poetic art that can’t exists if language doesn’t exist.

Poetry is a fact that we do not realize except through its manifestation in the language with its artistic particularities and the use of the language as an artistic work leading to the aesthetic purpose, which elevates poetry by lifting it itself.

And if many arts have multiple means to achieve their artistic performance, the poet has only the language, and therefore he is forced to make them adapt by his hands, to formulate all other means such as poetic images and musical rhythm and ideas and meanings.

And so that we can clarify it, we tried in our study to collect some poetic examples contained in the contemporary Algerian poetry, and we studied it stylistically to define semantic function in context.
