Abstract EN

The study concluded that: Sales contract creates obligation from the side of the seller regarding the sales item.

It may be a personal or physical right.

It may deal with the property itself or as right of a physical part of it.

It may also be on a personal or a moral right.

The study also dealt with the existence of the sales item.

It concluded that the sales item should physically exist, i.e.

it should be there during the transaction or possibility of its existence in future.

If the sales item does not exist during the signing of the transaction or if its possibility of existence in future does not exist, then the transaction is not valid.

The study also stated some of other conditions regarding sales one of which is that the sales item should be identified be, or possibly be, identified, otherwise the transaction is not valid.

The study dealt with a number of different types of sales.

The study also dealt with the validity of sales, i.e.

the fact that the item be used for selling and buying and it should the sole property of the buyer.

The study ended with a discussion of results and some recommendations
