Algeria's tendency towards Islamic finance has become a reality in view of the acceptance among Algerians.

Many Algerians have been reluctant to put their money in banks, which has lost much of its liquidity.

Which the state failed to restore to banks, as well as before their exit as which introduced the economy in a similar situation liquidity trap due to lack of confidence in the system Algerian bank.Therefore, the state has to apply Islamic financing alternatives at the national level by activating various methods with in regular legislative framework.

However, the research paper aims to analyze the contribution of banking finance applications through the activity Islamic banks accredited in Algeria Al Baraka and Salam in economic development and study obstacles that limit its work
