The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management as a approach to building and empowering knowledge in agricultural sector institutions in Algeria, and aims to identify these concepts in the management literature, designed for this purpose a questionnaire that included the personal characteristics of the subjects and variables of the study The results showed that the trend of the studied sample towards the organizational culture and knowledge management is moderately positive, The study results to the presence of extrusive average correlation between organizational culture and knowledge management within the agricultural sector in Algeria.
