The aim of the research is to find out the extent to which learning can be used to improve the scientific level of student to cope with the huge technological development in ordinary school in general and in religious school in particular and presents some possible solution that may be useful in overcoming and removing obstacles and increase the awareness of the community and its institution and government of the importance of this education as a technological contemporary.

The Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies has continuously promoted the scientific level of the educational educational process of this distinguished department represented by the institution from sections such as schools, libraries, curricula, research, studies and other sections that are up to the educational level to be at the best level of the scientific methodology that is valid throughout the Arab and Islamic world.

The city that was the present of science and scientists in the whole world, the days of good and those who came after it must follow their example and Tnhl of their resources and their net pure upscale libraries and manuscripts, which conveyed to us their knowledge is full of mothers of Masad The Department of Religious Education provided opportunities for all members of the Islamic community in Iraq with the latest advanced educational methods.

This is not new to our Islamic societies in contributing to the Islamic education of the society.

The study is a study to determine the extent to which e-leaming can be used to improve the scientific level of students.

Is it possible to have e-learning as a basic solution for the development of the educational level in Iraqi religious schools, especially the education sector in general and its Highness to the highest levels to cope with the huge technological development, And to identify the obstacles to e-learning in general in the regular schools, especially in religious schools and to inform officials and put forward some possible solutions that may be useful in overcoming and remove the most important obstacles to education and raise awareness of the community founder And his governments for the importance of this education as a contemporary technological challenge.

Therefore, we try to answer and reach the most important obstacles to e-learning.

And put forward some possible solutions that may be useful in overcoming and removing the main obstacles to e-leaming and make recommendations for education officials to overcome the obstacles that may prevent it.

The application of this education is the best solution to address the imbalance that restricts the development of the country' and to keep it on the sidelines for what will add to the level of education and culture.
