This research is talking about an important matter in the Islamic jurisprudence, namely, guarantee.

which includes three chapter that show the concept of the guarantee in the light of the Quran and Sunnah , mention the opinion of famous jurist Ezz bin abdulsalam, as well as , views other scholars about this matter that point to importance of saving the money and wealth because this issue concerns people's lives and impedes injustice and encroachment on their property and possessions.
