Abstract EN

The research aims at early diagnosis of the financial crisis because it reduces the losses in the financial and banking sector, and the possibility of using strategies such as mergers to reduce the effects of the financial crisis, as well as early confrontation of the financial crisis because the element of time is very important.

The research was based on (FDIC) data showing consolidated banks in the period 2010-2016, specifically mergers after the real estate crisis.

The main objective of the research is to merge the banks facing bankruptcy into a single entity with the aim of unifying the dealings with all those affected by banks and deposit holders, as well as forming a specialized committee of financial and economic experts which prepares an emergency committee to deal with the expected crises and control financial markets.
