Abstract EN

The study aimed at determining the degree of estimation of a sample of the teachers of the private schools in the Gaza governorates for the quality of life of the work in the Gaza governorates, and to find out wherever there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance between the average scores of the sample members for this level due to the variables: Gender, number of years of service, academic specialization.

To achieve this, the researchers followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (34) items distributed in four areas to (378) teachers and teachers from the private schools in the Gaza governorates.

The results showed that the teachers' (70.96%), where the field (continuous improvement) came in first place, and the field (incentives and rewards) in the last rank, There were no statistically significant differences at the level of () between the average scores of the sample of the quality of work life attributed to the variable sex and the variable of specialization, while differences were found according to the variable years of service in favor of the category (less than 5 years).

The study recommended that the standards of quality of working life in private schools should be based on the Ministry of Education, especially in relation to wages and bonuses.
