The research gathers the sayings of Al-Imam Abi Al-Hasan Al-Karkhy Al-Hanafi Al-Baghdadi ( May Allha's Mercy be upon him) who died in 340 A.

These sayings are assigned to him although they may be adopted by other Hanafi Usulis.

The reason behind this is his prominent status in the science of Usul Al-Fiqh and being one of the earliest scholars of this science.
