Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لإدارة التميز وعلاقتها بأداء معلميهم؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم استبانتين؛ لقياس درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لإدارة التميز وعلاقتها بأداء المعلمين.

مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في مديريات شرق وغرب وشمال غزة والبالغ عددهم ( 3536 ) معلماً ومعلمة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من ( 400 ) معلماً ومعلمة، أي بنسبته ( 11.3% ) من مجتمع الدراسة.

أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1- ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لإدارة التميز حصلت على وزن نسبي ( 682.00% ) وبدرجة ( كبيرة ).

2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 a ) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لإدارة التميز، تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ومتغير المنطقة التعليمية لصالح منطقة شمال غزة، ومتغير سنوات الخدمة في جميع المجالات لصالح الذين عدد سنوات خدمتهم أكثر، باستثناء مجال التطوير والابداع لا توجد فروق 3- مستوى أداء المعلمين في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة كان بدرجة ( كبيرة ) بوزن نسبي ( 83.00% ).

4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عدد مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 a ) بین متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى أداء معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ( الجنس سنوات الخدمة التخصص، المنطقة التعليمية ).

5- وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين متوسطات تقدير المعلمين لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لإدارة التميز ومتوسطات تقديراتهم لمستوى الأداء بدرجة -( 0.531 ) أهم التوصيات :  اعتماد التدريب المستمر لمديري المدارس على مفاهيم ومعايير التميز لتحسن أدائهم.

 تشجيع روح البحث والابداع لدى المعلمين للوصول إلى التميز

English Abstract

Objective of the study : This study aims at identifying the degree of practicing excellence management by principals of elementary schools in Gaza governorates, and its relation to the performance of their teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method, and two questionnaires to measure the degree of principals’ practice of excellence management in the elementary schools in Gaza governorates, and its relation to the performance of teachers.

The study sample and population : The population of the study consisted of (3536) male and female teachers working in the governmental schools in the eastern, western and northern directorates of Gaza.

The study sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers with a percentage of (11.3%) of the study population.

The most important findings of the study : 1- The degree to which principals of elementary governmental schools in the Gaza governorates practice management of excellence has a relative weight of (82.00%), a (high) degree.

2 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the sample of the study relevant to the degree to which principals of elementary schools in the Gaza governorates practice management of excellence, attributable to ‘gender’ variable in favor of females.

There are differences attributed to the variable ‘district of education’ in favor of north Gaza.

There are also differences attributed to variable ‘years of service’ in all fields in favor of those who have more years of service, except for the field of ‘development and creativity’, it was found that there are no significant differences in the estimates of this field.

3 - The level of performance of teachers in the elementary governmental schools in the governorates of Gaza was (high) with a relative weight of (83.00%).

4 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the sample members’ estimates for the level of the performance of the teachers of primary school attributable to the variables (gender, years of service, specialization, educational area).

5- There is a positive relationship at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of teachers' assessment to the degree of principals’ practice of management of excellence in the elementary governmental schools in the governorates of Gaza, and the average of estimates of performance level is (0.531).

The most important recommendations of the study : - Performing continuous training of school principals on the concepts and standards of excellence to improve their performance.

- Encouraging the spirit of research and creativity among teachers to achieve excellence
