Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة وزارة التربية والتعليم لدورها في طبية الاحتياجات العربية لمديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزة، وعلاقتها بجوده أداء مدارسهم.

منهج الدراسة: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

أداة الدراسة: استخدم الباحث أداء الاستبانة، حيث هم تصميم (السجادين) للقياس عرض الدراسة.

مجتمع الدراسة: تكون مجمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزه (شمال عزه شرق عزه، عرب عزه) وعددهم (237) مديراً ،ومديرة، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة.

وجاءت أهم نتائجها : 1.

أن درجة ممارسة وزارة التربية والتعليم لدورها في طبية الاحتياجات العربية لمديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وبوزن نسبي (73.11%).

2.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة وزارة التربية والتعليم لدورها في طبية الاحتياجات العربية لمديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزة تعزى إلى متغير ( المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة )، باستثناء مصير المنطقة التعليمية)، فتوجد فروق لصالح منطقة شمال عره.

3.

أن مستوى جودة الأداء المدرسي في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزة جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وبوزن نسبي (80.84 %).

4 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العيدة المستوى جودة الأداء المدرسي في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عزة تعرى إلى متغير المنطقة التعليمية المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، باستثناء مجال العمليات المدرسية، إدارة الموارد المجتمع الخارجي)، فتوجد فيهم فروق لصالح منطقة شمال وعرب عزه وللمدراء الدين سنوات خدمتهم أكثر من 10 سنوات.

5 وجود علاقة طردية (إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة وزارة التربية والتعليم لدورها في طبية الاحتياجات العربية لمديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات عره؛ ومستوى جودة أداء مدارسهم.

واستناداً إلى النتائج السابقة أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات، أهمها: 1 عقد دورات مريبية لمديري المدارس الحكومية في كيفية إجراء البحوث الإجرائية والدراسات التربوية؛ وتوظيفهما في حل المشكلات التي قد تواجه سير العملية التعليمية.

2 عظيم برامج تدريبية شاملة لمديري المدارس الحكومية، توضح فيها كيفية الاستثمار الأمثل لموارد المجتمع المحلي المادية والبشرية في خدمة العملية التعليمية .

English Abstract

Objective of the study : The study aims at identifying the degree to which the Ministry of Education practices its role in meeting the training needs of the principals of public schools in Gaza governorates and its relation to the quality of their schools' performance.

Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

Study tool : The researcher used the questionnaire as a major tool for the study, where two questionnaires were designed to measure the purpose of the study.

The study population: The study population consists of all 237 male and female public school principals in the Gaza governorates(north of Gaza, west of Gaza, south of Gaza ).

The questionnaire was applied to all members of the study population.

The most important findings of the study : 1.

The degree to which the Ministry of Education practices its role in meeting the training needs of the principals of public schools in the governorates of Gaza is high, with a relative weight of (73.11%).

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of the sample members to the extent of the Ministry of Education's role in meeting the training needs of the principals of public schools in the Gaza governorates attributable to variables (scientific qualification, years of service) except for the variable (Educational district) where there are differences in favor of the northern Gaza Strip.

The level of quality of school performance in the public schools in the governorates of Gaza is high, with a relative weight (80.84%).

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of the sample members for the quality of school performance in the public schools in the Gaza governorates attributable to the variable (educational district, academic qualification, years of service) except for the variables (school operations, resources management, external community) were here are differences in favor of the north and west of Gaza and for managers who have served for more than 10 years.

5.

There is a positive relationship between the degree to which the Ministry of Education practices its role in meeting the training needs of the directors of public schools in Gaza governorates and the quality of their schools' performance.

The most important recommendations f the study : 1.

Holding training courses for the principals of public schools relevant to how to conduct procedural research and educational studies and employing them in solving the problems that may face the process of education.

2.

Organizing comprehensive training programs for public school principals, showing how to optimize the material and human resources of the community in the service of the educational process.
