The technological revolution, through its various tools, has created profound changes in various spheres of life, especially in the sphere of social relations and the family circle.

One of the latest developments is the electronic divorce.

Hence, the research illustrates the concept of electronic divorce, displays its sections and clarifies its rules in Islamic law, and then denotes to the opinion of personal law in Islamic world on this contemporary issue.

Also, the research showed the ways of proofing of e-divorce, and then recorded the most important results, and the most prominent recommendations, at the end of the research.
