The Aims of the study : - introducing the level of managerial creativity and change management methods of some principals and assistants of secondary schools in the province of Erbil.

- Identifying the degree of the relationship between the skills of administrative creativity and the methods of change management in some principals and assistants in secondary schools in Erbil Governorate.

The research community consisted of an intentional sample of some principals and assistants of some secondary schools in the governorate of Erbil in 2017-2018 academic year.

The total number of directors and assistants is 150 individuals working in (60) schools for the purpose of measuring or identifying the level of managerial creativity skills and its relation to methods Management of change in the principals and assistants of some secondary schools in the province of Erbil by using the scale of (administrative innovation), (methods of change management) and was presented to a group of experts and specialists in the field of sports management and sports psychology, measurement and evaluation.

After the proof of honesty and persistence on the instruments, the two tests were applied to the study sample.

After its data collection and discharged were processed on the sample of the study by appropriating means, a statistical arithmetic mean and standard drift percentage and correlation coefficient.

The most significant result of the study: 1.

There is a Negative correlation with statistical significance at the level (0,05) between degrees of managerial innovation and change management (traditional method) 2.

There is a positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of (0,05) between the degrees of managerial innovation and change management (the method of containment) The researchers recommended: 1.

Holding training courses in the field of acquiring the skills of administrative innovation and development and the application of everything new in this area.

Works on the continuity of distance from the practice of traditional method and to see what is new in the field constantly, and benefit from the experiences of managers of typical schools.
