Abstract EN

The importance of the current research is the impact of the different effort on the intensity of the heart rate and the accuracy of the lunge of the fencing Foilist.

The research aimed to identify the effect of the effort of different intensity on the heart rate of fencing Foilist.

As well as to identify the impact of the effort of different intensity on the accuracy of the lunge of the fencing Foilist.

The sample of the research included the category of applicants fromthe Fencing Foilist of the Clubs of Erbil Governorate, And their number (6) fencers.

A test of the anaerobic effort was tested and the accuracy of the lunge was measured.

The heart rate was measured against all the effort (75 % -85 % -100 %).

Calculations, standard deviations, and variance analysis were used according to one variable classification.

The results of the research showed significant differences between the different effort intensity and heart rate and between the different effort intensity and the accuracy of the lunge.

The research recommended taking into account the trainers and specialists in the sport of fencing know the importance of the heart rate and what has a key role in the training process.
