Abstract EN

The personal conviction of the criminal judge is the most important issue in the criminal law ,through its results, the judge discovers the reality of the fact which linked with the excistence of the crime and the comdemntion of the accused or not excistent and denying on the accused.According to the positive side of the criminal judge which appears and it is more clear in the operation of the judicial conviction and through it the judge will reach to a spesific truth that the crime is not existent or the accused has no relation with the murder , and so he is convicted that the accused is innocent .On the other side, the crime is existent and the accused commits the murder, at last the judge is concluded that the accused is really comdemned through his decisive conviction and so he passes the criminal judgement, that ‘s why the conviction of the criminal judge is the essential role to build the criminal judgement.
