Abstract EN

The study aimed to answer its major question :What is the level of the preparation methodology of the Jordanian Comprehensive National Plan for Human Rights for the years ,2016-2025 its actual contents and outputs for 2016 and ?2017 To fulfil its objective ,the study employed three research methods :the first had to do with the analysis of the contents of the plan document under research ,while the second is representedin the analysis of the data and available information on the plan under study .The third was based on the standard comparison between the reality of the preparation methodology of the plan and its contents and outputs with its ideal model developed by the study through its theoretical dimension.

The findings of the study showed that the overall level of the preparation methodology of the Jordanian Comprehensive National Plan for Human Rights for the years ,2016-2025 its actual contents and outputs for2016 and 2017 is average ,reaching an average of.52%
