The research aims to show Herbert Samuel role who occupied as a representative of British government in Palestine from 1920-1925.
He was the most one who worked hard to support Zionism project.
He followed an organized policy in Palestine to perform The Balfour Declaration promise to established state for Jews in Palestine.
He followed economics, social and political situation by putting a group of rules and lows related to immigration and lows which led to support Jewish economics and allowed Zionism movement to control all the people economics ability to turn Palestine as a national home to Jews.
