Abstract EN

The aime of this study is to identify the impact of emotional intelligence on transformational leadership among workers in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip, The researcher used the descriptive analytic method / procedure and used the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data, where fifty seven questionnaire were distributed as a random sample.

Among the most important conclusions which the study revealed were the following: There was an impact between the emotional intelligence and the transformational leadership in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip , the arrangement of the domains of the emotional intelligence as follows( motivation, self- awareness .

social skills , sympathy , emotions' management ).

There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers’ practice in Tourism Sector resort of emotional intelligence skills due to the following demographic variables ( gender, age, scientific qualification , years of experience, job title), The results revealed that the levels of transformational leadership were objective with a high degree.

There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers’ practice in, sympathy , motives management ).

There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers' practice in Tourism Sector resort of transformational leadership due to the following demographic variables ( gender, age.
