Abstract EN

This study attempts to shed light on human rights as a primordial concept in international politics analysis, given its relevance to a central reference to international system dynamics that is (wo)man, also, given the role played by NGOs working in the field of human rights through monitoring and protection, where It is imperative to adopt and respect human rights standards.

Furthermore, due to its role in establishing a universally accepted human rights ground by pushing countries to enact binding international human rights instruments, as well as their role in establishing special courts to prosecute human rights violators internationally, which is a step in the path of achieving a global human society.
