An attitude that falls in contradiction with international law, which prohibit and criminalize its use in the context of what became known as nuclear security.

The nuclear program of North Korea and the threat of using it is among the programs that ignited a increasingly severe international crisis.

This situation could trigger a future nuclear war with ambiguous consequences.

So, to what extent the international community can deal with them in the event of a nuclear war outbreak, in the light of the mechanisms and instruments they have adopted in order to maintain nuclear security.
