In this research, we attempt to shed light on the Algerian authorities' handling of the issue of security and territorial integrity in terms of urban planning and planning.

The research concluded that the pathfinder of the Algerian urban policy is aware of the intensive efforts of the Algerian state through its adoption of a regional policy and crystallize according to the challenges raised and issues at hand.

At the present time, the talk of a national policy for the creation of the region and its sustainable development contribute to the establishment of national unity and defense of the region.

This policy is based on the tools of comprehensive planning, M financial instruments, as the realization of the depth of the African Algeria push the ruling elites since independence to give utmost importance to the problems of development in accordance with the participatory approach in which the various parties and actors involved contribute to ensuring the performance of its functions and ensure the achievement of common interests.

Hence, the importance of the research topic, which shows the security policy to build the Algerian national security, is based on spreading economic development across the neighboring regions, because securing regional borders takes into consideration the common characteristics and requirements of the countries, not just the technical and engineering aspects of the military nature.
