Abstract EN

The study of political systems has gained considerable importance at the analytical level in academic studies, especially with regard to the analysis and evaluation of the nature of these systems, which represents an entanglement to all political and legal studies are involved.

Arab political regimes are part of these regimes which are shaped by a global fabric with an unending dynamic.

By virtue of this dynamic, it was incumbent upon the authors of the Arab constitutions to take into account the element of balance and consistency, which ensures the maximum cooperation between the authorities in the institutional structure and constitutional construction.

In this context, based on the regimes approach and systems analysis, I will try to answer the problem of the compatibility of constitutional construction and institutional engineering of Arab political systems.

I will consider the functional perception of an institutional structure based on authoritarian balance and positive political rationality.
