NGO’s working on human rights have a promising record as to its impacts on States’ behavior and also on intergovernmental organizations efforts to protect and promote fundamental human right.

Although, its attempts to endogenize human rights norms in many international human rights conventions and its contribution to the foundation of the International Criminal Court and the Special International Tribunals (to prosecute those who have committed serious violations of human rights) have been outstanding.
