Abstract EN

This article aims at investigate the role of "Electronic Management " in the amelioration of the service performance , and to know the advantages and the challenge and the obstacles which prevent the"Electronic Management" in growing countries.

The present study deals with the problematic of extend of the "Electronic Management" role in amelioration of administration services.

Thus, the study is divided into three axes which deal with these concepts.

The first axe shed the light on the definitions of the "Electronic Management" and the service performance.The second, is related to the role of the "Electronic Management" in amelioration of the service performance.

Finally , we will refer to the advantages, the challenge and the obstacles of the "Electronic Management"
