The post-Cold War world has seen the emergence of many asymmetrical security threats, in the context of the new sources of non-state threats (sub-national, supra-national) such as fundamentalist groups, organized crime and international terrorism, whose influence transcended the nation-state borders.

New levels of security are no longer linked to the concept of traditional – military one, but extended to the economic, social, political and environmental dimensions, which gave the opportunity to the writings specialized in the field of security studies -especially Copenhagen School-, tried to accommodate all these evolutions and developments, whether at the level of actors or levels?.
