Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق نظم دعم القرار بأبعاده ( دعم الأدارة العلياء الأمكانات الغنية، الأمكانات التنظيمية ) على بناء الجدارات الجوهرية بأبعادها ( العمل الجماعي، تمكين العاملين، الإتصال والتأثير ) دراسة ميدانية في وزارة العدل الأردنية، و أعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعامل مع البيانات و تصديفها، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين الأداريين ( مدير مديرية، رئيس قلم، مدير محكمة، رئيس ديوان) و من بمستواهم بمسمى ( قائم بأعمال ) في وزارة العدل الأردنية، و البالغ عددهم ( 385 ) موظف، أما عينة الدراسة تكونت من ( 130 ) موظف تم اختيارهم من مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، و أستخدمت الأستبانه كأداة للدراسه كما تم إستخدام الأساليب الملائمة للإجابة عن الإسئلة و إختبار الفرضيات.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها أن مستوى تطبيق نظم دعم القرار في وزارة العدل كان يتغير مرتفع و احتل بعد ( دعم الإدارة العليا كان بالمرتبة الأولى )، كما جاء مستوى الجدارات الجوهرية بتقدير مرتفع و احتلت جدارة تمكين العاملين المرتبة الأولى، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق نظم دعم القرار بأبعادها ( دعم الإدارة العلياء الإمكانات الفنية الإمكانات التنظيمية ) على بناء الجدارات الجوهرية بأبعادها ( العمل الجماعي، تمكين العاملين، الإتصال والتأثير ).

English Abstract

This study aimed to identifying the impact of applying decision support systems in their dimensions (supporting the senior management, technical capabilities, and organizational capabilities) on core competencies building in their dimensions (Team work, empowerment of works, communication and impact) : a Field study on Jordanian Mnistry of Justice.

The current study is based on the descriptive analytical approach for data collection and classification.

The population of the study is composed of all administrative staff (head of department, head of record, president of the court, chief of staff) and other staff with their career level (acting) in Jordanian Ministry of Justice, whose number was ) 385) employee.

The study sample consisted of (130), they were selected from the study community in the simple random sample way, The questionnaire was used as a tool for study.

The appropriate methods were used to answer the questions and test hypotheses..

The study found a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the level of implementation of decision support systems in the Ministry of Justice was highly appreciated and ranked after (the support of senior management was first), the level of the fundamental levels was high and the merit (Empowerment of workers) ranked first, (Supporting the senior management, technical capabilities, and organizational capabilities) to build the fundamental dimensions in their dimensions (teamwork, empowerment of employees, communication and influence).

One of the most prominent recommendations was to enhance the training and qualification of employees in order to develop and develop skills by engaging them in training courses and maintaining an organizational structure that allows the flow of information with ease.
