Abstract EN

This study aims to provide a comparative critical analysis of the measurement of human security based on analysis and discussion of the most important theoretical models presented by human security literature to identify measurement methods for this phenomenon.

In order to meet this aim, the study has designed using comparative method and qualitative data has collected from different documents in this regard, this study has introduced main concepts, and provide an analysis of the most important literature that attempted to put up approaches to measure human security, and then, comparatively evaluated that literature for the diagnosis of their scientific gaps.

This study attempts to reduce those gaps through a deeper understanding of the problematic of measuring human security, and put forward suggestions for further research on its measuring.
