Each of environmental security and human rights raises many debates, due to perceptions and different dimensions centered on the individual, where the concept of human rights is considered a complex, comprehensive integrated system of forest intertwined, intersecting, not devoid of complexity at the level of analysis .

They collectively represent an agreed concept initially in terms of value of the human core where the individual makes it a hub and very, thereby converge with the environmental concept of security, which focuses on the individual also essential for analysis as a unit, and the environment as real threat to the human rights .
