Building on the critics against track one, to say the failure to forge a constructive resolution, It begins by tracing the traditional approach (Track one diplomacy) role in international conflict management, to many of ongoing conflicts, track two diplomacy seems to be an efficient alternative to official efforts in the attempt a peace achievement.

The success of track two in making peace depends on the ability to design effective ways to transfer conflict, by finding leverage, working to facilitate dialogue and stimulate the parties of conflict in direct negotiation, by means that the success of operation of realizing peace is in the transmutation from unofficial to official form to Create link between the track one diplomacy and Track II diplomacy in order to target the process of peace building and conflict resolution in a sustainable way.
