One of the main features of world developments is the rapid and rapid progress in modern communication technology that created a huge information and knowledge revolution, like the huge amount of knowledge and utilization of these modern technologies, This has opened up new horizons and profound changes in the various aspects of the social lifestyles of individuals, through the availability of modern communication and technical techniques, which make the mobilization of public opinion and Especially young people, about supporting or opposing an issue is easier than ever before, given the social views of this social segment on the social and political reality of Algeria.

Based on the above, this paper attempts to shed light on the use of modern communication technologies by Algerian university students, and how these means affect the process of social and political mobility in Algeria through conducting a field study on a sample of students of the University of Batna 1.
