Abstract EN

This study investigates the different legal mechanisms of the Maghreb’ governments in the contest of their security public policies actions without any impacts that can appear on individuals’ particularities.

This legal mechanism concerning the measures which legislate the security operations such as eavesdropping, inspection, surveillance cameras and information compilation…etc.

the study attempts to raise to what extent the Maghreb’ civil societies are ready to defend for impose transparence on the way in which the measures of fight against terrorism and combating crime is executed.

These permits to pronouncement provisions are contributing in blockading aggression actions against the individuals’ particularities.
