The paper has investigated the juristic specialty which has to be considered at the present time; for people have to consult specialists.

The mujtahid should be an expert, acquainted with and understand his time issues as well as any new affairs in Muslims’ life so that he will be able to state Allah’s judgment of them, and this is called specialized mujtahid.

This is an important subject which scientists and jurists recommend as a contemporary necessity after specialty becomes characteristic of the present era due to the huge science progress and the emergence of many new changes and behaviours which need suitable solutions and treatments in all fields of life.
