Abstract EN

This study addresses the issue of the think tanks role to improve the Maghreb parliament’s performance.

I argue that one of the challenges to the attempts to make think tanks useful to the Maghreb parliaments is about the ability and the will of the Maghreb states to reform the education sector so it sustains citizenship.
