Abstract EN
This study aims to analyses the impact of exports on Economic Development in Sudan during period 1990-2016.
For this purpose, we used GDP as dependent variable representative for economic development.
Exports and gross fixed capital formation (local investment) represent explanatory variables.
By using econometric model, the results show the negative impact of exports on economic development; in addition to that, there is a positive and significant relationship between investment and economic development during the period under consideration.
