The child is the weak human creature who has received great attention, both in Islam and in positive laws, since childhood is devoted to care, care, discipline and education more than the other stages, because of the weakness of his mental, physical and psychological abilities, his pride to work one of the biggest problems facing the world , As it is the worst image exposed at this stage, such as frustration and despair, despair and indignation, and the manifestations of displacement and begging.

Therefore, this study aims at determining the causes of child labor, its ruling in Islam and the positive laws, and setting appropriate controls for the work of children in a manner that preserves their dignity and health, and protect them from the work they do, whether in Islam or in positive laws.
