This study aimed to highlight the importance of going towards renewable energies to refresh Algerian labor market, depending international data, To achieve the study objectives, we Used the descriptive approach in order to discover the state of the investment in renewable energies at the international and national level.

The analytical approach was applied to analyze the prospects of investment in renewable energies and their relationship to Algerian labor market, through the available statistics in this field, based on International Renewable Energy Agency's reports.

and Regional Center For Renewable Energy And Energy Efficiency's guide, in Arab countries.

This study found that investment in renewable energies represents small percentage compared to fossil energies, The study also showed that investment in renewable energies can revive labor market in a direct or an indirect way.
